Mrs. James K. Roland, Former Marjorie Luden, Bride of Harold Brownlee
JUNE weddings filling the social columns include an out-of-town one today that is of particular interest to Reading. The bride is Mrs. James K. Roland, the former Marjorie Luden, and the bridegroom is Mr. Harold Brownlee, of Philadelphia.
The wedding will take place late this afternoon at the Villa Nova home of Mrs. Roland's father, Mr. William H. Luden, and will be followed by a dinner for the family and guests.
Guests will include friends and relatives from Reading, Philadelphia and Colonial Village where the couple will live after their return from a month's honeymoon in Asheville, N. C.
Miss Wilma Luden, of Baltimore, sister of Mrs. Roland will be her only attendant, while Mr. Brownlee's brother will be his best man.
Guests from Reading will be Mr. and Mrs. Bertram J. Murphy, of Wyomissing Park, brother-in-law and sister of the bride; Mrs. Murphy's sons, Frederick and Harry Luden; Mrs. Paul Ancona, Mrs. John Hawley Swan, Miss Ellen Frescoln, Miss Florence Spang, Mr. and Mrs. C. Wilson Austin and Mr. Lester Powers.
