Born, raised and a life-long resident of Los Angeles, Frank attended UCLA and Berkeley, served in the Army and enjoyed a successful career as a structural engineer. His passions included classical music, basketball, chess, golf and his many long-time friends. He was generous, kind and always quick to laugh.
He is survived by his wife Alberta Burke, his sister Victoria Swackenberg, his daughter Candida League and two grandsons. Memorial services were held privately.
